In the recent trailer released for black ops it looks like the return of the Ripper from black ops 3. This new specialist is called Spectre, in the new drop of the next pass called Operation Spectre Rising.
With this new update there is going to be a lot added to each single mode on black ops 4, new guns and knife weapon.
