28th July - On this Day
Not a lot happened on this date that can be named in the history books, but a lot of landmarks were made and discovered on this date, for example, the moon enters a new moon phase every year at 1:55pm, EDT. Mainly this is the only thing that happened, however... something else changed history.
San Martin was declared independence from Spain on this date in 1824, ending Spanish Rules. This wasn't all that happened in this year with places and leaders... In 1929, former US President, 35th President in the US, John Fitzgerald Kennedy was born in Southampton, New York.
