Killer Bees

Killer bees run in very large packs and they are able to to deliver multiple venomous stings and they will chase down victims for hundreds of miles at a time. After stinging they release a chemical that smells like ripe bananas. 

They are extremely fast moves and breeders and are highly adaptable to there surroundings. They can easily take over new territories, often around small spaces around homes, this leads to further human encounters with killer bees and it keeps on increasing. 

In Brazil alone there’s were close to 13,600 killer bee attacks, with 39 of them being fatal. Which is a big increase over the past 15 years. It is common to find people who have died from these killer bees to have 1-2 thousand stings, and can often find bees in there mouth, ears and nose. 500 stings are considered fatal, with venom equivalent to a rattle snake bite. 

They can cause swollen airways, breathing problems and damage to internal organs. These bee are considered hyper and very hyper defensive around there nests. These bees have barbs on there stingers so it helps stay embedded. 

These killer bees are a mix between African and European bees are Brazilian science wanted to increase honey production. These bees have manage to spread throughout Latin America and Mexico. Theses attacks are now classed as a public health issue and anti venom is being made to stop the affects of the killer bee stings.
