One of the biggest fights in Middleweight boxing history could be taking place very soon! GGG is wanting to have another fight against the current best pound-for-pound fighter in the world… Canelo!
Recently, GGG went up against Ryota Murata for the WBA and IBF world middleweight championships and managed to win the contest via TKO in the 9th round of the contest, meaning GGG is the unified middleweight champion of the world right now. Winning all the titles he lost to Saul “Canelo” Alvarez back in 2018.

Saul “Canelo” Alvarez however, last fought Caleb Plant for the Super middleweight championships and is currently training for a super-light heavyweight contest against Dmitry Bivol on the 7th May 2022!
The likelihood of this fight happening for the third time is slim again, as this will always be the rumors of both men. After their fight in 2018, many fans have been thinking another fight will settle the contest once and for all.
The last time these two faced off in the ring together, there was a draw that was very controversial, and the other time, Canelo won the contest via Majority Decision. Could this happen again?
