Covid-19 is still going strong and is still being a massive issue to some places across the world, the UK for example has had over 100,000 cases a day again, which could result in another lockdown if the UK sees more hospitalized cases. Other places have already gone into lockdown.
China is back in lockdown!
So far, only one place in the entire world has started to go into lockdown again, this one place in China. A Covid-19 cases surge has happened and they have ordered everyone to go into the biggest city-wide lockdown due to this surge and the biggest one since the beginning of the pandemic back in 2020. This is due to China wanting to make sure the virus is out of the way, meaning no cases and no confirmed deaths from Covid-19!

Wales has taken away Self-isolation rules and masks too!
Recently, some scientists and more health experts believe that Covid-19 will be in the world for a long time from now, like other known viruses such as the flu. Therefore many of the worlds are trying to live with Covid-19 as this could change the way we all look at life!
Will Schools remain shut during the surge in Covid-19 Cases?
The virus cases have rapidly increased over time, during the time when no one has to self-isolate. with nearly over 100,000 cases a day in the UK, with some stats suggesting it’s dropping again. There could be a time when schools may remain shut until further notice, however, this may not be the case as school is important!
