Two people who attended a “beach rave” in Kent last night have reportedly been stabbed.

There was a large group of people on the beach, and the event was meant to go on for as long as three days, according to social media. The party turned violent though it seems, as two men were stabbed at the rave.

Authorities in Kent who are dealing with the incident said: “At around 11.55pm, it was reported that two people had been assaulted on The Promenade.

“South East Coast Ambulance Service attended and two men in their 20s, both from the London area, were taken to a London hospital with injuries consistent with stab wounds.

“Their injuries are described as serious but not life-threatening.

“A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm and remains in custody.”

Not much more information has been released on the incident, except a few photos of the packed beach before hand. Some have said this is a prime example why these sorts of parties shouldn’t be taking place, because when they turn violent, they just add extra load to the health service, which they don’t need.

Thankfully, both of those who were stabbed aren’t in a life threatening situation, and we wish them a speedy recovery.
