In a series of messages, Lauren Silverman accused Simon Cowell’s AGT co-star Mel B of having an affair with her boyfriend.

It has recently been revealed that Lauren confronted Mel B over message, to which her claims were seemingly dismissed.
A source close to Simon said that the accusations were “total nonsense.”
A source close to Simon told The Sun: “There is no affair and there never has been. Simon has never cheated on Lauren. It is total nonsense. Everything is fine between them.”
Another insider claimed that Lauren gets very upset by all the attention Simon gets from female fans and co-workers.
They explained: “Poor Lauren adores Simon but is naturally very suspicious of all the female attention he gets. Because he’s so charismatic, women flock to him – and it riles Lauren.
“Understandably, the fact she and Simon still aren’t married, despite having a son together, makes her a bit more insecure.”
They added: “Simon obviously gets on well with Mel and all his female co-stars, but that’s all there’s ever been to it; absolutely no hint of romance.
“They were both pretty livid – and mortified – when Lauren accused them of a ridiculous affair which never, ever happened.
“Things have been resolved now, and everyone is on good speaking terms – but, for a while, it was obviously extremely awkward.”
This comes not long after Amanda Holden’ 8 year old daughter suggested that Simon and Lauren had broken up.
Whilst on Instagram live, her daughter commented on the pair saying: “I thought they broke up?” to which Amanda replied: “Don’t be stupid.”
Amanda then went on to say: “Hollie last saw Lauren when she was about to board a plane back to America during BGT auditions to go and visit her eldest son and so I can only presume that’s what made her – incorrectly – think it.
“In reality, Lauren and I have even been exchanging photos of our families in lockdown. And Simon’s even learned how to cook!”
