Recently, there have been some talks and rumours of some Primary Schools are ready to reopen, some schools will be doing the 15 pupil rule, allowing only 15 pupils in at a time so the 2 meter rule is in full swing but others are either staying closed or are finding ways to get around all the students they have in. A lot of factors show that schools are not ready to reopen. The Coronavirus has stopped a lot of peoples education and stopped the GCSEs. There is no stopping this virus as of yet but scientists are trying there best to find a cure.

Some parents are scared to bring their kids back to school due to the virus spreading as it is and could possibly end up with a second spike from students. Some people seem to think that a second spike is going to happen if they open schools too early. Gavin Williamson said “Sometimes scaremongering, making people fear, is really unfair and not a welcome pressure to be placed on families, children and teachers alike” Some teachers seem to think this is a bad time to open the schools.

Covid-19 is the worst pandemic in this day and age, no vaccine has been created and nothing has been made to help people with the virus and they are having to take time to recover and or die, which the recovery rate is better than the death rate so far. A lot of schools are set to open on June 1st but this could change if the virus has a second spike.
