Covid-19 is still on the rise, with over 30,000 people in the UK alone getting infected on Monday! With cases still rising in the UK and around the world, the question remains the same for everyone… When will it end? However there is now a new threat with Covid-19, a new threat that can not be contained however, this may not happen and this may not affect anything. Will Covid-19 Get Worse in Winter?
Winter is coming! Winter is just around the corner and this is the time of year everyone enjoys as well as hates, Christmas is around the corner but so is the cold and flu. Covid-19 is now joining the mix! No one knows how it’ll be during the winter period but some suggest it will be rising up and up! The Government however has made some plans that could help!
These are the plans;
- Make sure everyone gets the vaccine in time
- Identifying positive cases and isolating them while using track and trace
- Supporting the NHS
- Advising people to defend themselves

No one knows if cases will stay or rise, but the last 12 – 18 months have shown us that Covid can drastically change, going from 5,000 cases or less a day to 30,000 or more a day in the space of a year. It will be difficult to tell how the winter will be with Covid-19, but some heath experts think more cases could happen!
