Coronavirus has been and gone in some places and has been and stayed in others, for example, the UK is still infected with this deadly virus that has killed thousands. All and all, some places are recovering from the virus that hit them without them even knowing about it. As the PM eases the restrictions the rules are still as follows, stay within 2 meters away from each other and work from home if possible. The virus has nearly stopped infecting more than 1,000 a day in the UK, with it slowly going up and down. What are the new rules when traveling and going to the shops?

  1. Always wear a mask when traveling
    1. This is a new rule that started on the 15th of June. The rule states that if you don’t have a mask you won’t be able to travel on the bus or any public transport since now it is compulsory to do so
  2. Stay 2 meters apart
    1. This rule will be around for some time since the virus is slowing down no one knows if it’ll ease now or in the future. It is said that it could be leaving but right now no one knows.
  3. Now form a bubble with another household
    1. A single person can now go into another person’s house and form a bubble with them, meaning they are allowed there and only there during this lockdown. Allowing more people to see each other and more people go out and about.
  4. Only meet up with 6 people and stay 2 meters apart
    1. This rule will stay until the numbers start to go down. This means that people can meet up in gardens and on the street and stay together but they must stay at a distance away from each other

All these rules must be obeyed.

Other news, as shops and businesses start to reopen, the queues outside are long. One business is known as Primark open for business and there was a huge line of people waiting to get into the shop and most likely will be the same for the foreseeable future. The virus has stopped so much from happening and only now shops are beginning to reopen. With this in mind, the rule now is there could be local lockdowns instead of full UK lockdowns, so if Primark is shut in Carlisle, it may not be shut anywhere else.
