Coronavirus has been terrorizing the world since the start of 2020 and has only started to show signs of slowing down, however last week the world reached 6,000,000 confirmed cases worldwide, which is crazy to think that a virus like this is happening with this many people being infected, however now the world has recorded over 7,000,000 cases of Covid-19 and it is still rising very fast, with the US and Brazil taking more and more cases each day, over 10,000 a day. Soon the world will notice a change in how it operates, for example, shops may be like this for some time now and new rules are being introduced each day. This pandemic is not over and could take up to another year to fully finish!

In 2016, the government decided they would do an experiment to do with a pandemic. There was an outbreak of the common Flu, more and more people were admitted to hospital and the NHS staff couldn’t handle the pressure that they were given, struggling to get the staff and struggling to save the people. After this, the UK realized they were not ready for anything like this, but the world doesn’t work like that and this pandemic was brought upon them out of nowhere. For more information about 2016, watch the Covid-19 program on Channel 4! This explains everything about the government and what they had plans for. And some secrets in there too!

So far, the stats show that Covid-19 is only killing 10% of the world and 90% of us are surviving the pandemic with a story to tell. Currently, there are 3,234,230 cases overall. 7,000,000 cases worldwide are the confirmed stats, there are only 3,000,000 infected right now with 2% of them having a serious reaction to it. So far, the UK is showing signs of the virus slowing down and could be back to normal within the next few weeks and or next month, however, no one knows if the second spike will be more deadly than the first!
