Former Chelsea manager has been approached by the Real Madrid board to become the next manager of Madrid! According to sources. So lets look back on what Conte has done and see if he can replicate it at Madrid!
From 2006 to 2007, Conte managed Arezzo and or was a assistant manager at the club with Luigi De Canio in 2006, once he was appointed manager he wanted to change the way the club played but after a poor performance the first time, he was sacked, however on the 13th march he was appointed as Arezzos head coach! After a while Conte managed to get the players to play better and ended up having some wins under his belt!

He noticed the team was in the relegation zone and needed to battle and win a few games to get out of the relegation zone! After his first half of the season, he managed to get them a mid table finish! The next season started and Bari had a great first few games! As the season went on… Bari were crowned champions of Serie B and Conte received his first major trophies! Rumours started that Conte was on his way to Juventus! But ended up being a manager at Atalanta and Siena before getting a chance to be Juventus manager!
After a few years of the Conte moving to Juventus, he was appointed manager in 2011. His first 10 months for the club, he reached a number of landmarks for the club, showing he was the right manager for the job! Contes Favourite formation was the
3-5-2! After a few years at the clubs, he got them the title in 2012 to 2013 season! Conte managed to get himself a Panchina d’Oro for being the best Series A manager! In 2014 Conte Resigned from the club to go to international football!

Conte was doing well, he was undefeated for 10 months before losing 1-0 to Portugal. Italy made it to the Quarter Final of the Euros but lost 6-5 on penalty! Conte stayed as Italy’s manager until 2016!

He managed to win the Premier League in the 2016 – 2017 season with 93 points, 7 points away from 2nd! Got them from 10th last season to 1st, earning a champions league spot and showing other managers around the world how to use the 3-5-2 formation, this formation was later used by alot of other clubs in both international and non international teams! England and Real Madrid used this formation, got England to the Semi Final of the world cup! He was later sacked as he got Chelsea 5th in the Premier League!

So from looking at his history, Its clear to see that Conte will be able to manage a team like Real Madrid! So far Madrid have lost nearly all there games without Ronaldo and many people are speculating that Madrid were only ever good when they had Ronaldo! Do you think this is true?
