FA cup final, Chelsea v Manchester City, 0-0 coming into the end of extra time about to go into penalties, Sarri wants to sub on Caballero, however Kepa Arrizabalaga had other plans! During the FA cup final, Kepa Arrizabalaga decided to make his own decision and not leave the pitch! Sarri wanted to bring on Willy Caballero because he uses to play for Manchester City so he could have stood more of a chance than Kepa did and he is one of the best at saving penalties in the League! After this incident, Sarri was outraged and didn’t take him off in the end! If Kepa won the shootout for Chelsea he would have ended up being the hero everyone needed, if he lost it for them… Sarri was going to be mad! Chelsea ended up losing!

The Incident was reported to the FA Officials but since it’s not in the rule book to deny getting subbed off, they couldn’t do anything. So, Chelsea decided to drop Kepa from there next few games and decided to take away 1 week of his wages! After this, Kepa did say he has learnt a lesson and won’t be doing this again! A lot of players know that it’s respect to come off if your manager asks you to come off, regardless if it’s to say if the player is doing awful or if they want them fit for the next game, it’s respect to come off!
