Guinevere Beck’s tragic death ended the 1st series and not all of us are convinced she is dead – a series is not that simple…

What we know about series 2:

Penn Badgley will be back as the newly-single serial killer Joe Goldberg alongside many of the characters that did not get caught up with the murder spree. Ambyr Childers will be returning as joes’ ex-girlfriend Candace who is very much alive despite his efforts.

Co-writer Sera Gamble revealed in an interview information about Candace saying: “She’s not nearly as dead as [Joe] thought,”

Fans were quick to notice in series 1 that Joe was surprised by the return of his ex Candace and said: Candace, you’re…”, before she adds: “Alive.” Earlier in the episode Candace, she says: “Are you gonna leave Beck alone, or will she end up like me?” Therefore fans are convinced that Joe may think he killed Beck but he did not just like Candace.

There is no word when the series will air but the show is coming soon according to the shows instagram page.

Sera Gamble told The Hollywood Reporter: “Joe can’t stop looking over his shoulder,”

“And when he finds it in a darkened room in Soho House, he’s more desperate than ever to keep his secrets buried. He doesn’t want to hurt his new girlfriend – he wants to be with her forever.

“But if she ever finds out what he’s done, he may not have a choice.”
