The Germ

The episode starts with Dr Bell and the Head of QuoVadis trying to cut a deal and they eventually cut a deal. Then were brought to the ER and some of the staff are eating Donut when Conrad gets paged and tell Devon he’s needed in the VIP Wing at the hospital. We then se Conrad get brought over to help a kid with a sore wrist.

Devon then get to the VIP room only to find out his patient is Bradly and he was clearly happy and he got into medical marketing instead. Bradly asks about wedding with Devon and other things.

Then we see Kit in surgery where there was a lot of blood and she asks for suction however she got everything under control then we go Dr Austin OR where everything is getting lined up to be perfect and making sure everything was clean. However there both are caught off guard by a device.

Both Kit and Dr Austin both barge into Dr Bell office throwing a fit over the new medical devices that have turn up in the OR. They were both mad about it when something happens to Dr Austin. A cyst had blown in his a arm causing a fracture.

We then go back to Conrad who was working on the kids it turns out one of them is dying due to cancer and there is no way to save him at all. He tells the mother and she is heart broken by the news.

Dr Austin goes to visit the person the man who taught him everything asking for advice when it comes to QuoVadis but he tells him to trust the device. So Dr Austin decided to trust him.

Then the little boy who’s dying begins to become unresponsive and Conrad tells the mother about the brain bleed as she begs him to help but he tells her that the little boy blood can’t clot, and this was the end but she needed to be there for him in his last moments.

We then see Bradly in surgery and then see him with out of surgery. The surgery was a huge success  and not a single complication at all. Then we get brought back to Conrad who is not sitting what was once the young boy room just remembering it was one of the hardest thing about being a Doctor was losing a patient

The Review

This episode was heart breaking watching how life can be taken at any age, and just how much damage it can cause a family. Even the doctors can feel hurt. We also got to see how serious surgeons take there roles and attachments to certain medical devices.
