After an 11-round thriller between Chisora and Whyte, Whyte came out on top, Joshua told him about a title fight potential but, Whyte doesn’t want to wait for Joshua! Anthony Joshua is still looking to set up a fight for April 2019, but he hasn’t managed to get one that he was wanting. Joshua wanted to fight Deontay Wilder or Tyson Fury, but this is less likely to happen due to them two having a rematch, however now Whyte might be out the question! Anthony Joshua has still made the deal to fight Wilder in April but Wilder wants to fight Tyson Fury again and if Joshua doesn’t act fast then he may have to fight someone else instead of the three main fighters he wanted to fight! Wilder is target number one for Joshua, but now that Whyte has called him out, will he take the fight? “Joshua is talking rubbish man. He’s just talking rubbish, “I’m not going to sit around and wait for him. I’m not going to waste three, four months of my career waiting for him, waiting to hear what he’s doing. I ain’t got time for that.” Whyte went on to say!
Whyte has also stated that he has more respect over Dereck Chisora than Anthony Joshua! This could be the end of this fight. Anthony Joshua might have to start looking for another opponent if Whyte goes downhill! Eddie Hearn believes that the fight between Wilder and Joshua won’t happen and has said he wants to sit down with Whyte’s team and make a rematch happen between the two! If this fight were to happen, we would either be looking for a repeat of what happened in 2016 between Whyte and Joshua or a better fight! The contest lasted 7 rounds with both fighters putting everything into it! Whyte almost beating Joshua after a left hook, but Joshua came back and won! This would be the fight the whole world would want to see! If there is a fight that’ll last more than 10 rounds… it’ll be this fight.
Joshua v Whyte 2? Would you want this to happen?
