Some boxers have a great career, and some have only had professional fights when they turn 23 and have a championship fight at 26… once they have proven themselves. This is different for this fighter. Ryan has been boxing and for some time now and is currently very young and has a long career ahead of him. Hasn’t had a main event fight yet or 12 rounds of boxing yet, however recently he has been given the chance to prove himself, he will be co main eventing the Kovalev v Canelo fight. He will be going up against Romero Duno on the 2nd November.
Ryan Garcia was born on the 8th August 1998 in California, USA! He has been a professional boxer since 2016 meaning he will have been 17 to 18 years old when he started, his boxing debut and his boxing career. He is currently 21 years old and is the rising star in the lightweight division. Ryan’s first fight was against Edgar Meza on the 9th June 2016, managed to win the fight in the first round via TKO, since this fight he hasn’t lost a bout and only went the distance 3 times in his whole career so far and still has more fights coming his way… he could be the man to beat Floyd Mayweather’s unbeaten streak of 50! He currently has 18 wins under his belt!
