One of his loses came from Gennady Golovkin, who was undefeated until he came up again Canelo on the 9th September 2018! He other loses came from Dmitry Pirog, he is still currently undefeated! He started boxing in 2007 and only has one title to his name which is the IBF championship! He’s 5’11 and has a reach of 185cm! Knockout rate is 78%!
When looking at the stats, Canelo will most likely be the favourite in this contest because Daniel Jacob hasn’t had as many fights as Canelo and when looking back at their loses, Canelo beat Gennady Golovkin as Daniel Jacobs didn’t, however Jacobs has the better reach and height but as we seen in Canelo’s last fight, we can assume that he’ll be working on body shots again!
