Former lightweight champion Rafael Dos Anjos faced off against Kevin Lee in the featured event from UFC Fight Night this past weekend. With both fighters having moved up to Welterweight, it was Dos Anjos who came out victorious in a gruelling battle. Having weathered some early onslaughts from Lee, Dos Anjos eventually outlasted the young prospect and won by a submission in the fourth round.
The co-main event featured a middleweight matchup between Ian Heinisch and Antonio Carlos Junior. The fight pushed back and forth, with both fighters having strong spells, but Heinisch came away with the unanimous victory This leave Heinisch with still only one defeat on his record and will look to continue that next time out.
