Ryan Garcia, the upcoming lightweight fighter that has been named to be great, has been linked to fighting Luke Campbell, the fight was made for December and for this fight to be the first fight to be featured on the first official launch of DAZN in the UK, however, this fight was scrapped due to Luke Campbell contacting Coronavirus.
This fight was meant to be the launch of DAZN but now the fight that will be featured is the Anthony Joshua vs Kubrat Pulve fight in December.
Now, the fight has been scheduled to happen on the 2nd of January to help Luke Campbell get more training due to him losing out on a few weeks due to contracting coronavirus.
Luke Campbell said “New date, new year, same result. I’m fully back in training and have never felt better. What a way to start 2021 this is going to be with a clinical Luke Campbell win.”
