Parker vs Chisora!

Parker vs Chisora!

Former heavyweight champion Joseph Parker will be hoping to continue his win streak when he goes up against former heavyweight title challenger Dereck Chisora on the 26th October 2019. They will meet in the O2 Arena in London, this was all announced by the promoter of Matchroom Boxing Eddie Hearn on Saturday night. This is a great fight for both fighters and will be a fight no one will be wanting to miss. The great battle of Dereck Chisora and Joseph Parker, will Chisora reach double digits in his losses or will Joseph Parker have his third loss?

Both Parker and Chisora have won their past 2 fights, Chisora won against Senad Gashi and Artur Szpilka, as Joseph Parker beat Alexander Flores and Alex Leapai, however both fighters have gone up against current world title challenger Dillian Whyte. Joseph Parker went the distance with Whyte and even managing to get knocked down in the 2nd and 9th round of the fight and even knocking Whyte down in the 12th round, however lost via unanimous decisions. As Chisora lost via split decision in 2016 and lost against to Whyte in 2018 via KO! So, this will be a very even fight and hard to call from both fighters.

Dereck Chisora has had a lot of big fights that haven’t went well for him at all, he has gone up against the likes of Tyson Fury, David Hayes and Vitali Klitschko, however never managed to win the fights and always lost via points apart from twice via TKO. “Chisora will come with experience, and he will come with pressure, He’s coming off two good wins, so he’ll be full on confidence and out to make a statement. As always, I back myself against any fighter on this planet, and I’m expecting an exciting war on Oct. 26.” said Parker.
