There were rumours circulating about Wladimir Klitschko making a return to the ring to fight Dillian Whyte! This has been everywhere, everyone was so excited to see if Klitschko would make a return to the ring, however he has recently said that he won’t be making a return! Bad news for anyone who wanted the Ukrainian to make a return to the ring. His last two fights ended horribly, he fought Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury and lost both bouts. He fought Tyson Fury on the 28th November 2015 and lost all his titles he had to Fury by Unanimous Decision. He fought Joshua on the 29th April 2017 and lost via TKO in the 11th round. If Klitschko made a return to the ring, he wouldn’t go for anyone easy, he would try and make the best comeback like Tyson Fury did! Dillain Whyte would have been a great fight! Unfortunately, Klitschko won’t be fighting anytime soon!
If we look back at Klitschko’s record, we can see he would have had a great fight against Whyte. He has been in 69 bouts in his whole professional Boxing career, won 64 of them with 53 via KO, but lost 5 with 4 being from KO. He did have an amazing career, however Whyte may have beaten Klitschko if they were to have a fight because he hasn’t fought in a year and hasn’t really been training to fight, therefore Whyte would most likely win that bout! Whyte has got the power right now to beat Klitschko and could knock him out. If this was prime Klitschko however, this fight would be a different story.
