Anthony Joshua is currently known as one of the best heavyweights in the world even though the champion lost to Andy Ruiz Jr. He is still considered the best in the world, however Joshua wants to go up against Tyson Fury but one massive issue may stop the champion from wanting to go for the WBC world heavyweight championship already!
Promoter Eddie Hearn has been trying to get Joshua his title since he got the last of the 4 major titles in the heavyweight division, while Deontay Wilder was at the top of the heavyweight game. Now, Tyson Fury has made his comeback to the sport and has made his presence known by wanting to fight Anthony Joshua after knocking out Deontay Wilder!
Currently, Anthony Joshua holds four of the five major heavyweight belts in the division and Tyson Fury holds the WBC world heavyweight championship and the big money fight for all the titles were on the card, however now… this is looking very unlikely with the mandatory challenges they are both having to face and or they have to get rid of there titles!
Anthony Joshua has been told he may have to get rid of the four belts he currently owns if he wants to fight Tyson Fury in the future and in 2021, however the whole point is to fight for all the belts! Oleksandr Usyk has said he is going to push for his title shot against Anthony Joshua!
