Fury v Wilder 3 to be Cancelled!

Fury v Wilder 3 to be Cancelled!

Deontay Wilder was the former heavyweight champion of the world with the best unbeaten record in the world with nearly every fight ended by way of KO, with only 3 fights that haven’t been ended via KO. One against the old heavyweight champion of the world, and against Tyson Fury in both fights, one ended with a draw and one ended with him losing via KO.

Tyson Fury on the other hand has been champion and then lost it due to losing his boxing license. He beat a prime Klitschko and won the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world and wanted to fight Wilder, to begin with. Now, Fury is the WBC world heavyweight champion and needing to fight Wilder for the 3rd time, however, this fight has been said to be scraped if canceled again!

Eddie Hearn has stated that the world doesn’t want another Wilder v Fury 3 and this fight has been canceled already a couple of times due to Coronavirus. Hearn said they may as well cancel this fight and just give Dillian Whyte his title shot since he has been waiting a while for it. This could suggest Hearn wants Joshua to fight Fury as soon as possible.

Anthony Joshua has been trying to collect all the belts since the beginning of his title reign. So, fighting Tyson Fury would be the right way to go, but with the mandatory fights that need to fight the champions, this fight seems harder and harder to see happen. This has been on the cards for some time and now has been the start of something possible happening. The heavyweight bout everyone is wanting to see and want to happen!
