Canelo Not Fighting in September?

Golden boy promotions said that the Mexican champion Saul Alvarez will be fighting someone in September, this could of been anyone in the world of boxing, well in his division, however Golden Boy Promotions released a statement recently about the champion, he will no longer be fighting in September due to them unable to find an opponent for this bout. This raises the question to Canelo and his ability in the ring. Its undoubtable that Canelo is considered the best middleweight fighter in the world and if not the best fighter in the world, however he has dodge two opponents that he could of faced in his September bout that some fans are speculating whether or not Canelo wants to fight them!

Canelo has been called out by multiple men, one is Demetrius Andrade, he is currently the WBO world middleweight champion and has an amazing unbeaten record to match. He is currently one of the men that is wanting to fight Canelo next, to see if he can beat the Mexican powerhouse. He could be the man that ends his unbeaten run… like Floyd Mayweather! Some fans believe that Canelo wouldn’t be able to beat Andrade, but others think it’ll be another draw! Nevertheless, he has been called out and not answered by this man.

Callum Smith has been rumoured to be fighting Canelo since Liam Smith and Callum Smith both said he could be the second man to beat Canelo. Callum Smith currently holds the WBA super world middleweight championship and has said he would love to fight Canelo if he had the chance to, with that being said, he could have been Canelos fight in September. Canelo has mentioned fighting this man once, however hasn’t went forward for the fight… why is that?

Canelo could be just wanting one fight and one fight only… Gennady Golovkin! A third bout between these two fighters would be a fight the whole world would want to see. GGG has said he wanted to fight Canelo next and this fight could be up next if they agree terms, but this fight won’t happen in September, maybe later on in the year or the end of the year fight!
