Anthony Joshua has been trying to get a rematch bout with Oleksandr Usyk for some time now. There has been some speculation about him fighting Usyk recently.
As the whole world knows by now, Usyk has gone back to his home country of Ukraine to fight against the Russian army that started a war against them a month ago.
Recent news suggests that Usyk has been given the go-ahead to leave Ukraine to train to fight Joshua in Poland and then return to war with Russia after the fight. Strange to think that this could happen!

Joshua is more than likely going to get his title shot at Usyk once again very soon, which is a different story as not many people will think he will win, either way, maybe a few warm-up fights could be good for him.
Usyk on the other hand, could still win the fight and go back to war without even thinking of it as he has shown the boxing IQ and the boxing knowledge is there for him. It is believed that Usyk has already left Ukraine to get ready for the fight with Joshua!
