Current unified world heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr says that he will be trying to end Anthony Joshua’s Career after confirming the contest will take place in Saudi Arabia! This is a massive bold statement from the champion, and this could happen on the 7th December 2019! He did do one of the biggest upsets in boxing history and could do it again but ruin his career in the process, maybe not end it exactly but could ruin it and make him go down the rankings!
Andy Ruiz could be named as the upset king since he has managed to only lose one fight and that fight was against Joseph Parker which a lot of people thought he won the fight, he never really got recognized as a great boxer because of his size, however in boxing it doesn’t matter how big you are, it matters how fast and quick you are on your feet and punch movement, as Ruiz has got fantastic movement and great speed. He 100% won that fight and could have won the fight on points if he continued all the way to the end of the fight instead of the fight ending in the 7th round!
Anthony Joshua will have to hope and pray that he wins this fight and Andy Ruiz doesn’t do what he is setting out to do… Ruin his career. He has had an amazing career and surely can’t be ruined by losing again to Ruiz; however, this could happen. He may not get another chance at a title for a while until he proves himself once again to get a shot at it. “I took it to AJ in the Big Apple and I’m looking forward to ending his career in the desert,” said Ruiz confidently.
