On the 14th September, Tyson Fury went up against the Swedish heavyweight star Otto Wallin for the lineal world heavyweight championship, however the fight ended in the 12th round and every fan thought that Tyson Fury would of knocked out Otto Wallin, but that wasn’t the case, the Swedish fighter managed to hold on and last the whole 12 rounds with the gypsy king and unfortunately lost the bout via unanimous decision, however gained everyone’s respect and enough so that Tyson Fury’s coaches went up and congratulated the fighter after these two finished.
Fury was in top form, losing the first round but managing to get through each round, however in round 3, Fury got a huge cut on his left eye that got worse as the fight went on, but Fury pulled through and managed to win the fight via unanimous decision even with a huge cut that everyone could tell was getting worse and worse throughout the fight. He had 40 stitches and called out the one man he wants to fight next and quick… Deontay Wilder. The second bout will be on the way but how soon will the fight be?
Tyson Fury has said that the fight between him and Wilder will happen at the start of the year, in February. This will be one of the biggest fights of the year and will attract a lot of fans and, may, break records. The fight will have a winner this time round since both fighters are wanting to knock one another out in any fashion regardless to the situation they are in. Both men will be trying their best, but Fury may be on top due to his fight style being hard to understand and hard to work around, however Wilder may just fight for the knockout punch as Fury can fight for the knockout punch and try and gain a points victory as well.
