After so long of waiting, many fans were waiting over a year to find out when this date is happening, and now it’s finally happened. Olajide “KSI” Olatunji will go up against Logan Paul in a boxing fight, the long-awaited fight that has been on the card for a while. KSI vs Logan Paul 2! This time they are going pro, no headguards, first pro fight for both and this will kick start there boxing career this one fight. Both KSI and Logan Paul have around 20 million subscribers each on YouTube, so this fight will be for pride and there first professional win.
This fight will be on the 9th November 2019 at the Staples Center in Lost Angeles. The rematch for the YouTube world title will be streamed on the streaming service DAZN and will be presented by British promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom boxing, the same promoter of Anthony Joshua and a lot of more boxing talents. Matchroom say that the fighters turned pro after passing medicals last week and will go face to face in a press conference that will take place on the 14th September 2019.

A lot of fans of boxing believe that this isn’t fair on amateur boxers that have trained for years on end and haven’t been given a chance to go pro as of yet, and KSI and Logan Paul have only been training for either a year or just over a year, as other boxers will have to train for hours on end and fight other amateurs to have a chance of turning pro. Even Eddie Hearn said that the bout they had in Manchester Arena was “embarrassing” but he is promoting the event as a pro fight and even have world champion Billy Joe Saunders on the under card for the event.
