Costs Coffee, the well known branch of coffee in the UK, has now reopened for seating inside.
Costas coffee are giving away free drinks at the moment.
Only 44 branches so far will be open for indoor seating, but this is only for the time being. They’re planning to open around 2000 stores by the end of July, with half of them hopefully available for indoor seating.
Like all businesses, due to Coronavirus, they closed. But, like some other food businesses like McDonalds and KFC they’ve been slowly and safely reopening since late April, so services like takeaway, drive thru, and collection have been available for a short while again now.
But, unlike McDonalds and other brands, Costas have decided to act on the opportunity to allow customers to dine in after Boris Johnson gave the OK on July 4th, whilst McDonalds, Greggs and other food and drink chains have been reluctant to.
Costas seating will be limited, and will be first come first serve. If there isn’t any seating available for you, you will just been invited to take your coffee away. Remember, only 44 branches are available for dine in right now, so make sure you check the list below before heading down.
