The UK has only just eased lockdown recently and the cases seemed to be going down and down, this was great news for everyone in the UK and great news in general, since it seemed like everything was getting back to normal very soon. Easing lockdown was Boris Johnson’s idea to see if the infection rates would stay and go down slowly but surely. The easing of lockdown help a lot of people and has sent a lot of people back to work. Now, Boris has a huge decision to make. The first few days of easing lockdown was fine, however after a few days we have seen an increase!
Today, the UK has seen an increase of 672 cases from yesterday! Yesterdays cases were 2,615 confirmed cases, as today the UK has seen 3,287 confirmed cases. The deaths have decreased however but with the infections going up, the death rate may go back up if this seems to increase more and more. Currently, the UK has slowed down since the first time we were in lockdown. The increase is very small but could be a huge impact to the rest of the UK even if we are still in lockdown.
Boris Johnson will have a huge decision to make if this continues to grow and grow. The increase would change the way we look at life forever. Until the world finds a cure that is. UK are getting better each day but if the UK sees an increase within the next weeks, we could see another lockdown inbound.
