This coronavirus outbreak has caused a lot of havoc, schools are shut all across the country, pubs and clubs are shut, everyone told to stay inside over the nice days and only going out when they need to, a lot of people are already sick of it, however with the outbreak slowing down, schools are already saying when they are going to be open, some are saying as soon as the 1st June. Due to the outbreak this could be wrong but if we see the signs go down in the next 3 weeks we could be getting a different lockdown.
Only issue is, if schools open soon, how will they do social distancing? This could be with us for a year longer and schools are full of kids, which in turn would make it harder to obey the social distancing rule, classrooms are needing to have the 2 meter rule and when they are out the classroom they need this rule. So this will be quite difficult to do due to the schools having hundreds and thousands of kids attending each day. Some parents won’t take there kids to school until everything is lifted.
Schools May have to have rules in place for when students do return back, to ensure they are still following the rules and following the code of the NHS. This is odd to think they are about to open during this pandemic but schools are needing to open as soon as possible!
