Covid-19 is currently rising in parts of the UK which means more and more places around the UK are set to close due to the staff and or someone in the place getting tested positive for coronavirus. This deadly virus has been affecting most of the UK and a lot of people, losing their jobs or their loved ones from the deadly and contagious virus.
Not the best year the UK and the world have seen, but next year should be better if coronavirus has a drug and a vaccine. Schools are the worst thing that is getting affected by the virus as if one person in the school is infected with the virus, they could stop the school from rinning for 2 weeks while everyone self isolates due to them possibly contracting coronavirus from that school.
Schools are needing to stay open according to the Prime Minister Boris Johnson as education is the most important part of growing up, however, if coronavirus continues the way that it is, then most of the schools in the UK will have to close due to coronavirus and that could result in another nationwide lockdown.
A nationwide lockdown can be the best way to stop the virus from getting worse but this is also a bad thing as everything is being delayed due to the virus stopping all the main events and stopping more businesses. Small businesses around the UK could be stopping due to coronavirus stopping them from being in business.
