With the invasion in Russia happening, there has been a lot of threats towards the EU and NATO in general. The Russian Military has been invading Ukraine for a week now, with no signs of stopping.
Ursula Von Der Leyen has announced:
“We are shutting down EU airspace for Russian-owned, Russian-registered or Russian-controlled aircraft,”
Meaning that Russia will no longer be able to go through the EU and or take off and land within the EU due to the invasion that is taking place currently.

Not only this, however, Russia has also been banned from landing and or being in the UK airspace.
Ukraine is currently being supported by a lot of the EU countries and even places like the US and Canada are getting involved with helping Ukraine fight off Russia during this invasion.
So far, nothing has been said about the talks that Moscow and Kyiv’s negotiators are doing, however, this may take a while and not a lot of people have their hopes up due to Russia randomly starting this war and taking out a lot of civilians along the way.
The UN says more than half a million refugees have now fled Ukraine for their neighboring countries, just to get away from the gunfire, bombing, and invasion in general. For more news like this, click here!
