
A home invasion took place in the US this weekend… With the intruder being a 300kg Black Bear!
Colorado Police said the break in happened on Friday evening whilst nobody was home, meaning nobody was injured during the break in. Estes Park police said that the smell of rubbish probably attracted the bear.
“Upon officer’s arrival, said bear forcibly breached a hole in the wall like the ‘Kool-Aid Man’ and made its escape,” they wrote on Facebook.

The Kool aid mascot is well known in the States, and is renowned for breaking through walls.
“Please do your part to keep bears wild. Bears are extremely smart, which means we all have to be too,” the Police added.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife have claimed that these break ins have been a regular occurrence recently, with Black Bears breaking into properties and vehicles more than 44 times before the space of 10 days before the incident.
