The only thing Donald Trump likes more than destabilising the Middle East and invoking global trade wars seems to be carrying out petty vendettas on Twitter.

His latest target is London Mayor Sadiq Khan who earlier this year had the audacity to state that London shouldn’t be rolling the red carpet out for President trump’s visit. Ok, not a very mayoral statement, but boy has he paid for it.

The latest tirade aimed at him followed a pretty brutal day in London when there were two fatal stabbings and a shooting.

Now, this is far from good, but to be fair it wouldn’t make the news in the likes of St Louis or Baltimore where the murder rate is exponentially higher, and even in Donald Trumps own Back Yard Washington DC the murder rate is many times higher. In fact under President Trumps stewardship the murder rate in DC hit a record high in early 2019 according to The Hoya
