5G is the next big thing to come to smartphones, but the main question is, it it worth it? 5G mobile has promised us that the download speed and even the download speed will be better than 4G and will keep the same download speed and browsing speed when everyone is on it, however, there are many things wrong with this. The main issue will be that you will need to have a compatible phone for this to work, meaning if you have an older phone, you may not be able to have 5G so you’ll have to go and buy a phone that is compatible with 5G, the service will be very expensive, or at least maybe expensive since they are branding it as superfast! I think that 5G will be worth it, however it won’t be so different to 4G, since 4G is already fast and very responsive, 5G will just be slightly faster. 5G could offer more services and or more speed in certain areas where you wouldn’t normally, but it’s not as much worth it. Right now, phones like; Samsung Galaxy S9, Samsung Galaxy Note 9, iPhone 8 to iPhone XS Max and Google Pixel 2 to 3. These are the main phones that’ll get the superfast 5G network.
