The A’s rallied behind Sean Manaea to snap their season-high four-game losing streak, mounting a four-run sixth inning that propelled them to 6-4 victory over the Angels on Saturday afternoon at the Coliseum. Chad Pinder and Marcus Semien homered and the A’s put a six-game losing streak against American League West competition to rest. Pinder reached base in all four plate appearances, scoring three runs and falling a double short of the cycle. Manaea, who didn’t allow a baserunner through his first four innings, earned a win for the first time since May 14.
