During the weeks coming into the first game in the Champions League for Liverpool, Trent Alexander Arnold has not been his normal self. Having sloppy mistakes and not providing anything and being very lazy when teams are on the attack, however, the game against Napoli proved that Trent may have lost his game after not doing anything in one of Napoli’s attacks.
Liverpool went up against Napoli in the first game of the Champions League. A lot of fans of football thought Liverpool was going to be the best team in the tournament, however, things went differently!
Napoli managed to win the game 4-1 and was in top form the whole game, however, the main issue was the right back.
One video shows Trent Alexander Arnold standing there and watching as Napoli manages to score past them!
This is just one of many mistakes that were made by the young full-back, this has to change if Liverpool are wanting to progress in both the Premier League and the Champions League.
