This is a tiny but affective parasite as it is able to claim over ten of thousand people lives every year, but people never notice what happen until it did it work.
Unlike other fleas it can’t jump so it digs itself underneath the surface waiting to latch on as people walk by. This is a big problem for people in rural area, and slums this is because most infectious start by these fleas latching onto feet and if you don’t have shoes they can quickly burrow into the skin.
The female once latched on doesn’t leave instead she waits for a male to latch on so when the eggs a ready she’ll grow to ten times more than her original size. What’s so scary about this little flea is that the feeding goes undetected by the carrier.
They are known as the worlds smallest flea measuring at 1 millimetres and as responsible for causing thousands of limb amputation every year.
