After Henry Cujedo vacated his belt at flyweight to move to the bantamweight division, Joseph Benavidez meets Deiveson Figueiredo this weekend for the flyweight title. Benavidez is considered the number one contender, and with Figueiredo being ranked at number 3 this is sure to be a close run thing,. Benavidez is by far the most experienced of the two, having had twice as many fights, but Figueiredo does have a slight height and reach advantage
