The UFC middleweight belt is on the line this weekend when current champion Israel Adesanya faces off against challenger Yoel Romero. Romero’s strength and power-punching will be a significant challenge for Adesanya but whilst the “Last Stylebender” is just hitting his prime, physically and mentally, it may be that Romero has already passed that peak – many would argue if he was going to be champion he would have done it already.
The co-main event features straw-weight champion Weili Zhang making her first title defence against number one challenger, and former champion, Joanna Jedrzejczyk. The challenge from Jedrzejcyk will primarily come from her punching and kicking, however Zhang is a different opponent to anything she has faced before, with a speed and accuracy that second to none
