Anthony Joshua has two fighters he has to go up against since they are mandatory to fight! Joshua recently won the IBF, WBO, WBA and IBO world heavyweight championship off the former Mexican champion Andy Ruiz Jr. He now has to fight one of two, Kubrat Pulev and Olksandr Usyk! The IBF had a deadline for Joshua and at the rate he was going, Joshua would of lost his title, however the IBF extended the deadline for Joshua and now has the chance to fight the mandatory champion, but which fighter is he having to fight?
Kurbart Pulev is the man that could be fighting the current unified champion and has the chance to fight Joshua for the IBF, WBO, IBO and WBA world heavyweight champion. After beating Hughie Fury back in 2018 to become the mandatory! This fight has been on the cards for some time now and could be finally happening in the next few weeks.
