After the defeat, Jake Paul was certain Logan Paul won the fight and replaced Shannon Briggs after what he said in the 6th round during his fight with KSI, however Jake Paul wasn’t too happy with Shannon Briggs and complained about him to Logan and confronted him after the loss in the dressing room! Shannon Briggs denied any claims of him saying this to Logan, but Jake was convinced he said it after going into the corner once throughout the whole fight!
Jake Paul stated that he heard Shannon Briggs say, “it’s your first boxing fight, it doesn’t matter if you lose”. This is awful if this is true, showing that Shannon Briggs had no faith in Logan Paul near the end of the fight and Jake Paul wasn’t too happy with this and decided to confront him in the changing rooms asking about it while crying due to Logan losing the fight by 3 and 1 point! He was more emotional than Logan after the fight and now said he won’t be training with Shannon Briggs if he does end up fighting Gib or KSI.
A few days after the fight, Jake Paul went to his “new” trainers with his friend from Canelo’s team. He went to train with the boxing prospect Ryan Garcia and did the body shot challenge with him there. Jake Paul may end up fighting one of two YouTubers, but may wait till after fighting Gib to fight KSI since he beat Logan Paul in a fight many fans thought KSI was going to lose after going pro.
