GGG has nothing to hide, it’s no secret that he wants to have a third fight against Canelo, who managed to beat him for his titles by Unanimous decisions last September, however GGG wants to have one last chance at beating the Mexican fighter and show everyone he can be beaten. GGG came so close to beating him in the first fight, however he slipped and lost the second, but he believes that he could beat the Mexican fighter third time round! In the first fight, many fans believed that GGG won that fight, he was in top form and managed to go the distance with the best fighter in the division at the time!

Canelo, however, has shown a lot of interest in the third bout happening, however GGG would fight him with or without belts as Canelo wants there to be a belt on the line so he has something to fight for! Canelo should take the fight regardless because this fight could be the fight of the year if all goes well. Canelo hasn’t got anything to lose or win from this other than adding to his winning streak, as GGG just wants to fight him and prove he can be beaten!
“I think Canelo is not correct to say that,” Golovkin said. “We have to see what’s going to happen. I’m hoping to fight him, title or not.” GGG v Canelo would be the biggest fight this year… maybe! This may not be because it’s the third time these two fighters will be fighting each other and if GGG wins the bout, there even, so they may have to be a fourth bout to settle it once and for all. GGG is one of the best fighters in the world of boxing right now, he should try and gain a title or two before he retires boxing!
