On the 18th May 2019, Wilder went up against Breazeale in what seemed to look like a great fight that could go the distance and could have a new WBC World Heavyweight Champion of the World, however this didn’t end up happening! Wilder came out and knew what he had to do, as Breazeale was hoping for a technical fight where he would win via points decision. Round 1 started and not long after the start of the round… Wilder knocked out Breazeale! Great right hooked knocked him out and Wilder knew that he was done after he hit him with the flurry of punches! Wilder said he was going to knockout Breazeale and he did just that!
Wilder has now knocked out 40 out of 42 opponents in the ring. The only two fighters he couldn’t finish in the ring was Tyson Fury and Bermane Stiverne! He is a force to be weakened with! Whoever steps in the ring with Wilder next will have to see if they can counter the strong right hook! Beat Breazeale quicker than the man who is believed to be the best heavyweight in the world: Anthony Joshua. His KO rate has gone from 95% to 95.2% and fastly increasing every fight! Wilder is one of the only current fighters that has nearly knocked out every single one of his opponents in the ring and he doesn’t look like he’s going to stop any time soon!
