Vogue business is the new digital B2B title that will be offering analyse of the fashion, beauty and luxury industries. Condé Nast International has launched Vogue Business, it will look at trends, the impact on the global market from climate changes to cultural patterns and shifts that impact retail. It will also look at how technological and scientific advancements shape the ways products are produced, marketed and sold.

Our global network of journalists, digital editors and researchers are immersed in the relevant trends on all inhabited continents, giving the team of Vogue Business access to an unparalleled depth of knowledge, from local design trends to changes in manufacturing, training, technology and distribution.”

The launch comes as the US media industry goes through another round of job cuts. Vogue Business is the first product to emerge from the firm’s incubator which develops new products and services for the company.  Condé Nast International also publishes Wired, GQ and Vanity Fair.

The new title will be edited by Lauren Indvik and global contributors will include Suzy Menkes.

7,000 professionals were involved in beta-testing Vogue Business including senior executives from the world’s biggest fashion brands.

Vogue Business will operate as a separate organisation to Vogue, it will take the form of an email newsletter distributed twice a week, it will have its own social media profiles and a site. Vogue Business has a team of 21 staffers, six on editorial. Launching in English, the plan will go into two more languages by the end of the year according to the company. It will be free access for now but as it progresses it may have a subscription tier. The goal is to build up authority and recognition to grow a client base and audience.
