Currently, the UK are in the second lockdown stages with some places staying open and others closing. With the restrictions a lot better than last time, some small businesses are able to stay open during the second Lockdown as long as they follow the guidelines of what was given to them. However some businesses are struggling to stay open during this time.
During this time, the PM Boris Johnson has urged people to stay at home if possible and only go out when needed to.
After lockdown ends on the 2nd December, the PM has said that he wants the UK to return to the tier system that seemed to work well until the cases randomly shot up. The tier system allows most cities and towns in the UK to stay open with some virus rules implemented however others would be in local Lockdown to stop the virus from spreading.
This system could allow the UK to have Christmas and be able to see there family’s a lot more than they already are. This lockdown was made to ensure Christmas could be better for everyone and so he virus wouldn’t spread as much during a great holiday.
