Juventus Star and best footballer in the world currently Ronaldo was charged with allegations of sexual assault towards Kathryn Mayorga back in 2009. It has been reported that Kathryn Mayorga reached an out-of-court settlement with Ronaldo in 2010, however decided to reopen the case last year in 2018, however Ronaldo has denied the allegations towards him.
On Monday, a statement was put out by the prosecutors that said the claims towards him could not “be proven beyond reasonable doubt”. The Clark County District Attorney’s office did say that Kathryn Mayorga did report an assault in 2009 however couldn’t give them a location and refused to say who the attacker was and how it all happened, as there was no evidence of this happening or anything to help the police, they couldn’t investigate the situation.
