Face masks are becoming more and more useful each day, with some people needing to use public transport, it’s never going to be there keys there forgetting… it’ll be there face mask! It is currently compulsory to wear a face mask on any public transport to stop the spread of COVID-19 and if failed to do so, you will be fined £100, however in Scotland, they made it compulsory to wear face masks in shops… Now England are doing the same! It will now be compulsory to wear a face mask when going to shops!
As of the 24th of July, everyone must wear face masks when going shopping due to Covid-19! This will give some people time to prepare for this event to start and some people time to get face masks before they fully enforce the rule. The rule was made to slow the infection down in some places in the UK, with places like Leicester and Carlisle getting a huge spike since lockdown was eased down, however some people will not be happy to hear this news since wearing face masks to some people will be hard.
If someone is spotted in a shop without a mask on, they will be fined £100, this will be reduced down to £50 if they pay within 14 days.
